Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Korean Booster, we value both your time and ours. This policy is designed to ensure fairness while offering students flexibility in managing their lessons. Please read it carefully.

1️⃣ Single Lessons (1-on-1)

  • You may reschedule or cancel a single lesson with at least 24-hour notice by sending a request via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email.
  • For cancellations with at least 24-hour notice, you will receive a full refund minus a €5 processing fee.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted. Late notice or no-shows will be charged in full.                                                      
  • If you wish to replace the lesson with a recording, you must notify the teacher before the scheduled lesson start time.

💡 Tip: Sending requests as early as possible helps secure your preferred time slot.

2️⃣ Package Lessons (1-on-1)

a) Flexibility & Rescheduling
  • You may reschedule or cancel a lesson with at least 24-hour notice by using the provided link in your email confirmation.
  • Unlimited rescheduling is allowed within the package validity period.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted. Late notice or no-shows will result in the lesson being counted as used.
  • If you wish to replace the lesson with a recording, you must notify the teacher before the scheduled lesson start time.

  • Packages are refundable before the package starts (minus a €5 processing fee).
  • A package is considered started once the first lesson is scheduled or 14 days after purchase — whichever comes first.
  • Once the package has started, it is non-refundable.
  • All lessons must be completed within the package validity period. Any unused lessons remaining after expiration will be forfeited.
c) Package Extensions
  • To continue after completing a package, please notify your teacher and purchase the next package before the current package expires.
  • This ensures continuity and uninterrupted progress.

 

3️⃣ Group Lessons (Newbie, Convo, Survival)

a) Registration, Payment & Commitment
  • To secure your place in a group class, a €50 deposit is required at the time of registration.
  • The total course fee depends on the number of students in the group.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated by your teacher.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
b) Rescheduling, Cancellation & Missed Lessons
  • Group lessons follow a fixed schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Missed group lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded, regardless of notice or reason.
  • Missed lessons may only be made up by accessing the recorded class video.
c) Deposit & Refund Policy 
  • The €50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • The deposit secures your place in the group and is applied toward the total course fee.
  • Once the group course has started, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or personal circumstances.

4️⃣ General Notes

  • By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
